Are you frustrated and stressed because your dog is taking the relaxation out of your morning walk? Then our Problem Pooch Pack is perfect for you! Included in the Problem Pooch Pack: 1 x 1-hour initial private training session with one of our expert trainers 2 x 1-hour follow-up sessions with your trainer to keep your pooch on track 1 x 1 hour on lead group training walk A personalised training plan Access to our private Facebook group for weekly trainer Q&As Book your first session online, and then at your first session, we can get you all booked in for your follow-up & walk. *Follow-up sessions & walk must be used within three months of the first session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405 365 572. Important Policies: • Our 'on-walk membership' has its own specific policies (please check specific service for details). • If you cancel after payment has been received, a $10 administration fee will apply. • Cancellations made without the required 48-hour notice will incur a processing fee of 50% of your booking cost. • You can reschedule your appointment once at no cost; however, any additional rescheduling will incur a $50 administration fee. • Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to on-lead walks. Refund Policy: • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. • Once sessions have commenced, no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!
